RESPONSIBILITIES

·      Set-up and break-down satellite bar(s) including preparing fresh garnishes, icing beverages, recycling and garbage disposal

·      Serve guests in a friendly and professional manner, and assist with table service, if necessary

·      Conduct inventory of bar supplies, alcohol and alert teammates when stock is low

·      Assign specific tasks to cocktail servers based on event needs

·      Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar

·      Manage inventory and orders

·      Daily cleaning duties

·      Ability to lift 50lbs regularly

·      Candidates must have open availability and be willing to work evenings, weekends and some holidays

·      Must have reliable transportation (public transportation will not always be available)


QUALIFICATIONS:

·      Applicant must be 21 years of age or older

·      Inherent drive to be the best at whatever you do

·      1-2 years of bartending experience

·      Must be able to bend and lift 50 lbs, and remain on one’s feet for up to 8 hours

·      Well groomed and in proper attire

·      Punctual

·      Detail-oriented and committed to excellent service with minimal supervision

·      Excellent communication skills

·      Knowledge of spirits, craft beer and wine

·      Energetic personality

·      Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once

·      Must be able to operate effectively as part of a decentralized team, communicate clearly, and ensure quality service and smooth operations


PLUS:

·      A current TiPs, ServSafe Alcohol or ABC LEAD Certification
